Unless the buyer requests for the original box, software products are not returnable because the product will be considered opened and not resellable. The seller is not responsible for installation problems and will not provide technical support. Please contact the software manufacturer with any technical questions. Software products that are physically damaged upon receipt will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
For non-software products, no refund will be issued if the non-software product is evaluated as working after inspection. If the non-software product is determined to be tampered with or misused, no refund will be issued. Shipping fees are not refundable. If your item had free shipping, the actual shipping amount paid by the seller will be deducted. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping back to the seller.
